Be on the lookout for a Snapple rebate tear pad at your grocery store. I found mine at Fred Meyer. Here are the details of the rebate:
- You will need the official rebate form.
- Send your original receipt
- Send UPC cut from bottom of Snapple 6-pack.
Your receipt must be dated between 5/1/2010 – 7/7/2010. Rebate must be postmarked by 8/1/2010. You will receive a rebate for the full price you paid (6.99). There is a limit of one rebate per person.

I found them hanging right next to the Snapple at my store. They also had a Snapple display at the end of one of the aisles and they had some there too. I found them about 4 days ago.

Thanks for this. I am online trying to find info on the Snapple rebate that was advertised on TV a couple of weeks ago. Said it was at Fred Meyers and QFC, but when I went to Freddy’s- no rebate forms and no idea what I was talking about. The store should have the offers in time for the commercials to break, IMHO. I mailed in my rebate form about April 1 and have not yet received the rebate. I left a message on their contact phone long distance number that I got from their web site – 6/14 – no reply to date. Is there another number or email address I can contact about the rebate?
