I love the Christmas season, it is my favorite time of year! I think one of the reasons I am really able to enjoy the holiday, is because I try to get all of my shopping done before December even rolls around. This way, I can spend the month of December enjoying my family by spending time together, baking, looking at lights and doing other fun holiday activities.
We buy Christmas gifts year round, so there isn’t a HUGE amount of money going out all at once. If you start early enough, you can have a very frugal holiday. Since there are 3 months left until Christmas that still gives us tons of time to get some cheap gifts together, come up with inexpensive neighborhood gifts and make some thrifty decorations.
Another key to a stress free holiday, is to make a budget and stick to it!
