Description

This Whole Roasted Cauliflower is a tasty side dish you can whip up in no time!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head of cauliflower, leaves removed
  • 2 TBSP butter, melted
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 pepper
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 23 TBSP parmesan cheese
  • 2 TBSP fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Cut and remove the leaves from the head of the cauliflowers
  3. Chop off the white stalk at the bases of the cauliflower
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together butter, oil, salt, pepper, seasoning salt, and garlic powder
  5. Place the cauliflower in a baking dish and brush with 3/4 of the butter herb sauce (set the rest aside)
  6. Cover the cauliflower head with foil and cook for 30 minutes
  7. Remove the foil and cook for an additional 20 minutes.
  8. Brush remaining sauce over cauliflower and sprinkle with fresh parsley and parmesan cheese
