Description
Vanilla Mug Cake is the perfect size to satisfy your sweet tooth! It’s super easy and takes less than 5 minutes.
Ingredients
Cake:
- 2 TBSP butter
- 1 TBSP milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 TBSP sugar
- 4 TBSP flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 TBSP rainbow sprinkles (optional)
Frosting:
- 2 TBSP butter
- 2–3 TBSP powder sugar
- 1 tsp milk
Instructions
- Add butter to your mug and melt in microwave for 30 seconds. Whisk in milk, vanilla, egg yolk and sugar. Add flour and baking powder whisk until smooth. Stir in sprinkles.
- Microwave for 60-90 seconds on medium power. Let cool.
- To make the frosting whisk butter until completely smooth, add powdered sugar 1 TBSP at a time, add milk and continue to whisk until light and fluffy.
- Spread or pipe onto your mug cake.
