Description
This Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil is a yummy meal the whole family will enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 (12.8oz) Andouille sausage, smoked)
- 1 lb shrimp, medium to large
- 1 lb baby red potatoes
- 3 ears of fresh corn
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 lemon
- 2 tsp fresh parsley
- 1 TBSP old bay seasoning
- 1/4 cup butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees, add parchment paper to baking sheet and spray with non stick cooking spray
- In large sauce pan add water and red potatoes that are cut in half
- Cook for about 10 minutes
- Half way through cooking process add corn and cook for the remaining 5 minutes
- In small bowl add butter, garlic and old bay seasoning
- Place cooked potatoes and corn on baking sheet, add sausage and shrimp, brush with seasoned butter
- Bake in 400 degree oven for 12- 15 minute or until completely cooked
- Add lemon wedges, and garnish with chopped parsley
- Additionally you can add melted butter for dipping
