Description
No Bake Lemon Cheesecake in Jars are the perfect combination of tart and sweet all rolled into one dessert!
Ingredients
Crust:
- 6 graham crackers
- 2 TBSP sugar
- 2 TBSP melted butter
Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup cream
- lemon juice from one lemon
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 powdered sugar
Garnish:
- whip cream
Instructions
- For crust, add the following to a food processor: graham cracker, sugar and butter. Pulse until you have a medium fine crumb mixture.
- Add crust mixture to twelve individual canning jars.
- In mixer whip cream cheese, and cream until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla. On low setting add lemon juice, lemon zest and mix until combined.
- Add filling to the twelve canning jars.
- Chill for at least 1 hour. Garnish with a dab of whip cream.
