Description
This Custard Yogurt Toast turns ordinary toast into something spectacular that will start your morning off right!
Ingredients

- 4 slices of Croissant Bread (or any other bread of your choice, 1/2 inch thick)
- 1 cup greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla (if you use plain yogurt)
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 1/2 cup fruit
- powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Prepare a baking mat or line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Place the bread slices on the pan and press down with the back of a spoon in the center of each slice
- To make the custard filling, in a medium bowl, add yogurt, egg, honey, cinnamon, vanilla, and hone
- Whisk until smooth
- Fill each piece of toast with about 2 TBSP of custard (The amount will vary depending on how thick your slices are)
- Add your fruit topping
Optional:
Add a drizzle of honey on top
- Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes, or until the custard is set
- Dust with powdered sugar
