I can’t wait to read all your posts on shopping at Target. I prefer Target to Wal-Mart but it does get spendy shopping there. I just started couponing in June and would love to learn how to make Target my favorite shopping/couponing store. Thanks for taking the time to teach us the tricks to getting great stuff but at bargain prices. It definitely helps to save money anywhere we can in this struggling economy.

I just had my own giddy coupon moment at Target yesterday, so I’m looking forward to your series.
(Keurig iced-coffee pods on clearance for $10.18 — buy 2 and get a $5 TGT gift card. Then went back in and picked up 2 boxes of granola — which had a $1 off two boxes coupon stuck to the front — total was $6, used my $5 gift card, then swiped my Target card for 5% off — and ended up with 2 boxes of organic granola for 95 cents!)
so…. heading to the “secret Target” tomorrow to see if I can match the deal a few more times. (a Target out of the way that always has full shelves, and therefore, very full clearance racks)

Yay…I can’t wait. The landing with the newer Target & updating the “food” section in southcenter give me two locations to choose. Just jealous of those who don’t have to pay 9.5% tax.

Don’t share the deals. It’s already difficult for me to get the deals at my local Target because of shelf-clearers. Please don’t help!

Okay, seriously, I am not that mean. You are very kind to do a series on Target, my very favorite place to get deals. When I got fed up with Walgreens years ago, I learned all the ropes at Target, and although I had to learn the hard way on another blog (trial and error mostly) I love that I can shop there for a deal now, instead of always dropping a Benjamin. 😉
