I am on the West Coast too (and this was a Tippr deal for the Seattle area). I checked the other Tippr cities real quick and it looks like they all are offering this deal. You should be good to get it.

Chassity – I am having problems signing into my Tippr account right now, so they may be having some issues. The credit may take a couple of days to show up, or maybe it only shows up once you check out. Once I can log into my account, I will see what I can find regarding the $5 credit.
