Three minutes and we have donuts is awesome! We are a gluten free family and I can make donuts without gluten at home! I just swapped out the flours. They may not rise as much as the gluten-based ones – not sure as I haven’t made those. I do know they taste good. With four boys (two teens) and a husband, I have to double the recipe or I have little chance of getting a couple for myself. I love your photos! I’ll have to try the recipe you listed with sour cream – sounds yummy. Oh, and chocolate donuts – next on my list! ~Adrienne
