I’m so glad you explained about baking them in regular papers. I was thinking that ice cream cups might be wax lined and not good to cook in. You did a beautiful job!

@Mayor Yes, I did take the cupcake liners off the cupcakes before I put them in the cup. I think a fork is required to eat these, and I thought it would be so much easier to eat without the cupcake liner in there.

The card was super easy! The card was a pre-designed. I just cut all the pieces with the Silhouette SD and assembled it.

Maybe it’s just me, but I’m literally shocked at how much the frosting looks like ice cream! Also, Loving the homemade Happy Birthday card. I’ve tried my hand at making cards, but you seem a bit more talented than me in that department! Adorable gift idea though, thanks!
One question: Do you take the cupcake liner off the cupcake before you put it in the ice cream cup? Thanks again!

@Danielle You will be happy to know the cups come with the little wooden spoons and lids too!! I found them in one of the aisles towards the front of the store on display. They had a whole set of matching things like plates, napkins, bowls, ice cream wrappers, and lots more.

Hope you find them at your store too!

Okay, so can I say a BIG thank you for finding those cups? I, too, saw that on Living Locurto and so wanted those cups but didn’t want to pay that. My daughter’s birthday party is ice cream sundae themed and I wanted those cups for the kids to put their ice cream in. Thank you!!!! Now if I could just find tiny spoons like they have at Baskin Robins I’d be set 🙂

Did you bake the cupcake in the cup? or did you bake the cupcake normal in a cupcake pan and then drop it into the cup? Super cute, gonna make actually for the next birthday…. LOVE IT!!!
