I haven't read Divergent yet, but am looking forward to it! I am a huge fan of the hunger game series, and have been looking for another set of great books. I also read the maze runner, and scorch trials, but I never read the last book. It wasn't at my library. Right now I am reading Enclave by Ann Aguirre. It is SO good. I really love it so far (am about half way into it) So I would recommend it for you as well. :)

My new favorite young adult series is by James Dashner, the author of the 13th Reality series. His series that includes the Maze Runner, The Scorch Trials, and The Death Cure is riveting, intriguing, edge-of-your-seat "what's going to happen next?!" kind of excitement. There is a prequel due out that further explains what happened to Thomas' world and how he got into the WICKED project. I couldn't put either book down.

A good one that is historical fiction is The Red Tent. I read it some time back, and even though it is nowhere near my favorite genre, I enjoyed it. It takes place during biblical times when women who were experiencing their menses were considered unclean and unworthy to be around men, so were banished to the "red tents", as they were referred to.
